Good, with caveats

Online marketplace based in Dubai that went live in the UAE in 2017, selling electronics alongside fashion, beauty, home and grocery. Noon is a marketplace. Independent sellers list their own stock there, and the warranty usually comes from the seller, not from Noon. We track 119 of its prices on 56 products, last checked 20 Oct 2026.

Store rating

Based on Noon's warranty and returns pages (read 20 Oct 2026). Prices don't affect it. How we score stores

  • Warranty length

    Pass

New: one-year manufacturer warranty on the listing. Renewed: 12 months from the seller. noon gives its own 12 months only where it is the seller.

  • Warranty cover

    Partly

noon's terms exclude batteries (as consumables), physical damage such as broken screens, and liquid damage. Seller warranties may differ.

  • Returns window

    Partly

Phones must come back sealed and unopened: 14 days for new on the listings, 7 days for refurbished under the terms of sale.

  • Refund terms

    Pass

No restocking fee; shipping and cash-on-delivery fees aren't refunded. Opened, non-faulty phones get no refund.

  • Battery

    Fails

The terms of sale exclude batteries from warranty and publish no minimum battery health (the refurbished landing page says "new battery included").

A marketplace: the seller, not noon, gives the warranty. Check the seller on each listing.
