Buy with care

BSM PHONES sells used and refurbished devices. We track 1,041 of its prices on 115 products, last checked 20 Oct 2026.

Store rating

Based on BSM PHONES's warranty and returns pages (read 20 Oct 2026). Prices don't affect it. How we score stores

  • Warranty length

    Fails

No warranty published, on pre-owned or new stock: only "approximately 3 to 4 days" after delivery to report a functional fault.

  • Warranty cover

    Pass

Within those 3 to 4 days, any functional fault (camera, battery or charging, speaker, screen or touch, Face ID, network) if BSM finds it is its responsibility: free return, no deduction. Wear described by the grade is not a fault.

  • Returns window

    Partly

Change of mind within a maximum of 7 days, if the phone works as described.

  • Refund terms

    Partly

Change-of-mind refunds carry a 10% deduction of the phone price; none when BSM caused the fault.

  • Battery

    Partly

Published per grade: Refurbished Like New 90%+, Grade A 85%+, Grade B 80%+.

BSM is not an Apple authorised reseller and publishes no warranty, so check what a Brand New device carries before buying. Retail phones ship in a BSM box with a non-original charger.
