How this guide works
We read the prices of 7,681 iPhone offers from 26 UAE stores, from the Apple Store to small refurbishers, and compare them like for like: same model, storage, colour and condition. This guide uses those comparisons to show which kind of store is cheapest for which kind of iPhone, and what the lower price costs you in warranty and returns.
In short: buy a sealed new iPhone from Apple or one of its authorised resellers, as the saving elsewhere is small. Buy pre-owned only from a store that grades its phones and gives a written warranty. For a ranked list with one pick per use case, see the 10 best places to buy an iPhone.
Four kinds of store
Every iPhone seller in the UAE is one of four kinds, and each kind sells on different terms.
- The Apple StoreSells sealed new · Warranty: Apple'sApple's own shops and website sell sealed new iPhones at Apple's list price. You get 14 days to return an undamaged product, and if Apple cuts the price within 14 days of delivery you can claim the difference.[2]
- Apple authorised resellersSells sealed new · Warranty: Apple's
- Phone shops outside Apple's networkSells sealed new, some pre-owned · Warranty: the shop'sMr Mobile, Noon, BST Store, iPoint, Trendyol and iMax. They sell sealed new phones too, often versions first sold in Japan, Hong Kong or elsewhere, plus some pre-owned stock. The warranty is the shop's.
- RefurbishersSells pre-owned, graded · Warranty: the store'sRevibe, Fonezone, TechMarket, Reevamp, SER Mobile, Renewed and others. They sell pre-owned iPhones, graded and tested, with their own warranty. How they grade, and what they promise, differs a lot.

We don't compare iPhones from Amazon.ae yet, and Noon blocks automated price checks, so its prices are read from its site by hand and may be a few days old. On a marketplace each listing has its own seller, so check who the seller is, not just the site.

Sealed new: Apple or a reseller?
For a sealed new iPhone, the authorised resellers and the Apple Store usually charge the same. Across 20 models and storage sizes that both sell, the resellers' lowest price matched Apple's (median). The exceptions are models the resellers have discounted: the biggest gap we found was 36.6% less than Apple.
Among the authorised resellers, Sharaf DG had the lowest price most often: in 37% of 76 like-for-like comparisons.
So the question is less the price than the terms. The Apple Store gives 14 days to return an undamaged product and refunds a price cut within 14 days.[2] Resellers set their own return rules, and several won't take a phone back once it's been activated. If you might change your mind, that difference is worth more than a few dirhams.
Shops outside Apple's network
Phone shops that aren't Apple resellers sell sealed new iPhones too. They're cheaper, but only just: their lowest price was 5.7% below the authorised resellers' (median of 34 models and storage sizes).
What's different is where the phone was first sold. Of the 1,269 sealed new offers from these shops, the versions stated were: Middle East (380), International (119), Hong Kong (100), Japan (97), Physical SIM + eSIM (10), eSIM only (9) and USA (1). Another 553 didn't say.
That matters for the warranty. Apple's iPhone warranty lasts one year, but Apple says it may restrict warranty service to the country where Apple or its authorised distributors first sold the device.[1] A phone first sold in Japan or Hong Kong may not get Apple warranty service in the UAE, so the shop's own warranty is what you can count on. Ask which version it is before you pay.
Pre-owned: which refurbisher?
A pre-owned iPhone is typically 23.7% cheaper than the cheapest sealed new one with the same storage (median of 80 models and storage sizes).
Refurbishers differ on price, and on what they promise after you pay.
- Lowest price most often: Fonezone, cheapest in 38% of 389 comparisons and typically 4.6% above the lowest price when it isn't the cheapest.
- Best terms: Refab (rated 4.5) and Renewed (rated 4.0). Our store rating scores warranty length and cover, returns, refund terms and battery promises; price is not part of it.
- Buy with care: BSM PHONES, BST Store, iPoint, Carrefour UAE, USBS, Beefurb and iMax. Their published terms are weak on at least one of warranty, returns or refunds; each store's page shows which.
Grades also mean different things at different stores. "Excellent" at one can mean a new battery; at another, light scratches. We map every store's labels to one condition scale and show the store's own label next to ours (how each store's labels map).
Revibe or Sharaf DG?
It's a common question, but the two sell different things. Sharaf DG is an Apple authorised reseller and sells sealed new iPhones only (76 offers across 9 models). Revibe is a refurbisher: 88% of its 1,340 iPhone offers are pre-owned, across 30 models.
- Price. On the models and storage sizes both sell, Revibe's cheapest pre-owned phone cost 9.1% less than Sharaf DG's sealed new one (median of 10). Where Revibe also sells sealed new stock, it cost 4.8% more than Sharaf DG's (median of 11).
- Warranty. Sharaf DG: Apple authorised reseller: new stock carries the brand warranty (1 year). Revibe: 12 months on every condition.
- Returns. Sharaf DG: 14 days from collection or delivery, but phones and other IT and telecom products cannot be returned once activated. Revibe: 10 days for change of mind; wrong or faulty items can be returned.
- Refunds. Sharaf DG: Opened, non-faulty returns: restocking fee of at least 25% on Apple products and at least 15% on other brands. Refund to the same card in 7-14 business days. Revibe: Opened, non-faulty returns: 20% fee plus shipping up to AED 150 (the terms page says up to 10%; the refund page is stricter).
So on a current model, Revibe saves you less than you might expect, and Sharaf DG gives you a sealed phone with Apple's warranty. On older models, which Sharaf DG doesn't list, Revibe and the other refurbishers are where the stock is. Full terms: Sharaf DG · Revibe.

A store that is cheapest often isn't always the one to pick: a store that only lists a few models can win most of its comparisons. Read the share together with the number of offers, and the rating together with the price. Stores with under 10 comparisons show a dash. How we rate stores.
Before you pay
- Check the version. The authorised resellers' stock is the Middle East version. For anything else, ask where it was first sold and what that means for the warranty.
- Read who gives the warranty. Apple's for authorised stock; the store's for everything else. Get the length and what it covers in writing.
- Check the return terms for activated phones. Many stores take back a sealed phone but not one you've switched on.
- For pre-owned, check the grade and the battery. Use our condition scale to compare stores, and see how to choose a pre-owned phone for the 10-minute check before you pay.
- Keep the invoice with the IMEI on it. Warranty claims need it.
Questions
It depends on the condition. For sealed new, Apple's authorised resellers usually match Apple's price and sometimes undercut it; Sharaf DG was cheapest in 37% of our like-for-like comparisons. For pre-owned, Fonezone was cheapest most often (38% of comparisons). Each product page lists every store's current price.
Usually it's the same price. Across 20 models and storage sizes both sell, the authorised resellers charged the same price as Apple (median). On some older or slower-selling models the resellers were up to 36.6% cheaper.
Apple says it may restrict iPhone warranty service to the country where Apple or its authorised distributors first sold the device. A shop outside Apple's network may sell an iPhone first sold in another country, so count on the shop's own warranty and ask which version the phone is.
They sell different things. Sharaf DG sells sealed new iPhones as an Apple authorised reseller; most of Revibe's iPhones are pre-owned. On the models both sell, Revibe's cheapest pre-owned phone cost 9.1% less than Sharaf DG's sealed new one (median of 10), and Revibe's own sealed new stock cost 4.8% more than Sharaf DG's.
Typically 23.7% less than the cheapest sealed new one with the same storage, across 80 models and storage sizes on 23 Oct 2026.
At the Apple Store, yes: 14 days from delivery for undamaged products. Elsewhere it varies: of the 26 stores in this guide, 3 give 14 days or more, and several don't take back a phone once it's activated. Check the store's page before you pay.
