Store rating

Based on SER Mobile's warranty and returns pages (read 18 Oct 2026). Prices don't affect it. How we score stores

  • Warranty length

    Partly

Not consistent: the FAQ says 1 year, but the refund policy says refurbished products have a 14-day warranty.

  • Warranty cover

    Pass

Covers faults found on arrival (dents, keys, camera) and irregular battery life.

  • Returns window

    Partly

Replacement within 14 days for faults; change of mind only within 3 days and unopened.

  • Refund terms

    Fails

Change of mind: start the return within 3 days, device unopened; 20% fee, minimum AED 200, and the buyer pays shipping.

  • Battery

    Pass

90% battery health on all phones (FAQ).
