Good, with caveats

Turkish online marketplace founded in 2010 and based in Istanbul, which also sells to shoppers in the UAE. Trendyol is a marketplace. Independent sellers list their own stock there, and the warranty usually comes from the seller, not from Trendyol. We track 364 of its prices on 114 products, last checked 20 Oct 2026.

Store rating

Based on Trendyol's warranty and returns pages (read 20 Oct 2026). Prices don't affect it. How we score stores

No exclusions published beyond normal wear; the warranty provider's terms apply.

  • Returns window

    Partly

Phones: 15 days from delivery, only with the manufacturer seal fully intact. Faulty items within 30 days.

  • Refund terms

    Pass

Returns are free, with no restocking fee. Refunded to the original payment method in 2-10 business days; cash on delivery comes back as Trendyol Coins.

  • Battery

    Pass

A marketplace: the seller gives the warranty. Check the seller and warranty on each listing.
